AJ Recruitment and AJ Community Care is a leading provider of social care staffing solutions and community care support. Having been established for over ten years and experiencing consistent growth; the AJ Group’s performance then started to plateau.

Market Mavens is a boutique recruitment consultancy providing permanent and contract hiring solutions across; hedge funds, R&D tax and technology start-ups. Established for a number of years and enjoying good initial growth, the company began to experience the kind of peaks and troughs in billing that quickly become a frustration for most ambitions business owners. White Label Recruitment was founded in 2009 by Louise McMullan and specialises in supplying technical engineers into the engineering and manufacturing sectors on both a; permanent and contract basis.
While Louise had a vision for the business which had grown steadily, it was clear that not all the team were aligned behind the company vision and values. Consequently there were inconsistencies in the brand and the business had challenges recruiting for internal staff.
