Workshop #1: Your Recruitment Success Roadmap
To experience dramatic growth in your business, first of all it’s essential to know exactly where you are, where you’re going… and how you’re going to get there.
In Workshop 1 we’ll be helping you put together your ‘Recruitment Success Roadmap’ so that you’ve got a simple roadmap in place to guide you every step of the way on your journey to becoming a millionaire recruitment business owner.
This will be a simple yet detailed plan, designed to help you “chunk down” your journey into achievable milestones so that you can grow and scale your business, year on year, by 20-50% over the next 3 years.
Your Recruitment Success Roadmap will include all the metrics for measuring your business, and we’ll give you benchmarks and targets to aim for in each of the following areas:
Turnover, number of placements needed, number of buying clients per consultant, % profit, % credits, average fee level
What new divisions will you have? What will be the average consultant billings, Number of buying clients needed to hit T/O target, % existing business development, % of new business development.
Clients Development & Generation
Niches, geography, Number of buying clients, growth of existing business, new service offerings, Key account development – how many, spend? Supplier of choice, Senior appointments?
Candidate attraction, retention and growth plan, new service offerings,% candidates from non advertising, Candidate control and matching measurements, Number of quality candidates.
Head count, retention %, consultant skill levels, new hires, succession planning, niches, location, incentives, hierarchy.
Awards, reputation, branding, network, marketing
The overall aim for workshop 1 is to help you get full clarity on how all these key areas in your business are performing, and to create a compelling plan that’s going to show you exactly what needs to be done, step by step, so that you can grow to the next level.
Having a plan like this in place really is one of the biggest missing pieces for most recruitment businesses, and you’ll go from not being able to ‘see the forest for the trees’ to knowing exactly where you’re at and what needs to be done at all times.
