1. They have a genuine passion, believe and interest for what they do
As Sol Kurzner, who is a billionaire hotelier said – “You’ve got to totally love what you do, because you are going to be spending a lot of time doing it. And when things aren’t necessarily going as well as you hoped, it is your enthusiasm for the business that will keep you going”
2. Millionaire Recruiters have a vivid picture in their mind and on paper of what they want to create
Richard Branson makes pages and pages of detailed notes, describing every aspect of the business in great detail. They take the time to build their business in their mind and on paper. Looking at the downsides as well as the up – the more potential obstacles that you can foresee and solve in advance, the fewer real obstacles you will face.
3. They believe there is No Failure, Only Feedback
If a person does not succeed in something, it just means that they have not succeeded YET. Consequently, if we chose to think this way at “failure” we are always learning. This changes the way that we feel about the situation and therefore our results.
4. They know they can choose how they react to situations
This means that they can choose a response that is much more useful for them. By choosing a more resourceful response that works better for us in turn creates a better result. I mention this in one of our webinars.
5. Millionaire Recruiters are Flexible
It’s simple, if what you’re doing is not working, do something different. Remember that one of the definitions of insanity – doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result!
6. They are “At Cause”
They take 100% responsibility for their life – they acknowledge that they create everything that happens to them. By believing this means that you understand that you are the cause of all your experience, so if you don’t like it, then you can re-create it!
7. They Model Success
They believe that if there is someone else out there in this planet that has achieved what they want, if they go out and duplicate their actions, their marketing and their sales activity, then they are going to get a result that is similar to them. Then they simply copy what they do and think!
8. They Take Action
